Ingredients

  1. Napa Cabbage cut into large chunks
  2. Soybean paste (miso paste)
  3. Water
  4. Hot pepper powder (optional)
  5. Green onions (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil water in a sauce pan

  2. 2

    Add a good spoon of soybean paste and mix to dilute it

  3. 3

    Add the cabbage

  4. 4

    Let the soup simmer a bit until the cabbage gets soft

  5. 5

    (Optional) Add some hot pepper powder for some spicy punch (black pepper is fine too)

  6. 6

    (Optional) Add some chopped green onions on top for some color and additional taste
