Steps

Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute. Add green chillies. Saute.

Now add all veggies. Saute for 2 minutes. Add 2 bowls of water. Add salt and black pepper. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar. Let it boil.

Make Slurry of corn flour by adding water. Mix this to soup and boil. Cook for 2 min.

Now pour soup in bowl and garnish with spring onion's greens.
