I've been wanting to try avocado in a dessert for a while, and I have to say it was a complete surprise. The best part is that it replaces the fat that butter would provide in a regular brownie. It turns out moist, delicious, and you can't taste the avocado at all!

I've been wanting to try avocado in a dessert for a while, and I have to say it was a complete surprise. The best part is that it replaces the fat that butter would provide in a regular brownie. It turns out moist, delicious, and you can't taste the avocado at all!
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine the panela sugar with the eggs and beat well until fully integrated. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the microwave gradually to avoid burning.

Add the melted chocolate to the mixture, then add the avocado and blend with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the coffee and vanilla.

Using a sieve, sift the cornstarch, cocoa, and salt, and add them to the batter. Mix everything well with a whisk.

Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and smooth the surface to ensure even thickness. Add the walnuts and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy!
