  2. 1/2 cupcornstarch (about 60 grams)
  3. 1/3 cupunsweetened cocoa powder (about 40 grams)
  4. 1large ripe avocado
  5. 6 ounceswhite chocolate for baking (about 170 grams)
  6. 2/3 cuppanela sugar (about 120 grams)
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. 4 teaspoonscoffee (about 20 ml)
  9. 1 pinchsalt
  10. Walnuts

    In a bowl, combine the panela sugar with the eggs and beat well until fully integrated. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the microwave gradually to avoid burning.
