Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk
  • 2 tbspCustard powder (flavour of ur choice)
  • Sugar according to your need
  • Chopped dry fruits,kesar strands

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk...continuously stirring it.... Make it dense... Bring it to 3/4 of the quantity taken

  2. 2

    Take two spoon of cold milk....add 2 to 3spoon's of custard powder.. Stir it nicely and add to the condensed milk....

  3. 3

    Add sugar stir nicely for 5min and off the flame... Add chopped dry fruits. And mix nicely....

  4. 4

    Serve in the serving bowls.... Garnish with dry fruits and saffron and keep to cool for 3 to 4hrs...

  5. 5

    Serve cool cool custard to guests...
