Steps

Take a bowl and add gram flour, refined flour, semolina, baking powder and mix all well.

Take an another bowl and add powdered sugar and butter in it. Now beat it till it puffed up. Now add refined flour mixture in it and mix well. Make a soft dough. If it feel like dry dough, add slight amount of milk and make soft dough.

Make small balls of this dough and press these balls between palms to give shape of cookies. Now garnish these cookies with cardamom powder in centre.

Now take a iron kadahi and spread a layer of salt in it. Place a stand on salt and cover with lid and heat it on medium high flame for 10 mins. to bake naan khatai.

Now grease a plate and place it on stand in kadahi.

Now place all these cookies on plate and cover the kadahi with lid and bake these cookies for 20 to 25 mins on medium high flame.

After 20 mins take the naan khatai out of kadahi and let it cool for 5 mins. Naan khatai are ready to serve.
