Cooking Instructions
- 1
Brown hamburger meat, drain the grease, return to pan and use taco seasoning packet following directions on packet. (if using onions add them when doing taco packet)
- 2
In baking dish add some red sauce to just cover the bottom so the Tortillas don’t stick.
- 3
Make enchiladas - take tortilla shell, add some meat mixture then the cheese. in the middle of shell, Roll it up like a soft taco. (roll it kind tight) Place in paired baking dish, repeat till all tortillas and meat mixture is used. (if using refried beans heat them up in the microwave so they are easier to work with. Spread some in middle of tortillas then add meat mixture and cheese)
- 4
Pour all the rest of the red sauce on all the enchiladas and cover them with cheese.
- 5
Bake on 350 for 20-35 mins till cheese is melted.

Enchiladas Enchiladas
My husband and I both love enchiladas! We tried a lot of enchiladas and chose this as our family enchilada recipe. If you can't find McCormick's taco seasoning mix or chili seasoning mix, you can use taco mix and chili powder that's usually available in Japanese supermarkets. I use Old El Paso enchilada sauce. Recipe by carino11 cookpad.japan -

Enchiladas Enchiladas
When we make enchiladas we can't decide which ones we like better Beef or Chicken. So we usually make both but if you just want one or the other than double up on the beef or the chicken and take out the other meat for this recipe. Adrianne Meszaros -
