Cooking Instructions

Sauté the sausage, onions, and garlic. No need for oil as the sausage will render some. Once there is a little oil in the pan, add the shrimp.

Cook till the shrimp is done. Drain and save oil, set the rest aside.

Make pasta according to the box.

Melt the butter into a pan, add the half and half. Bring just short of a boil and add the shrimp mixture and pasta. With the saved oil make a small blonde roux and add it to the pot with the rest.

Stir well and warm over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Serve with garlic bread.
