Using precooked octopus tentacles for LP foods, you can make a quick and easy octopus salad.

Ingredients

  1. 100 goctopus (precooked by LP foods)
  2. 2 gBlack pepper, cracked
  3. 2 gwhite pepper, cracked
  4. 2 gfresh green pepper, roughly chopped
  5. 10 gdijon mustard
  6. 10 mlsherry vinegar
  7. 50 mlextra virgin olive oil
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 10 gshaved radish
  10. 20 gcherry tomatoes cut in half
  11. 20 garugula

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Thinly slice Octopus tentacle and arrange on the plate. These are fully cooked and ready to eat.

    In a separate bowl, combine the dijon mustard, sherry vinegar, 3 kinds of pepper.

    Slowly drizzle olive oil into this mix until fully incorporated

  4. 4

    Season to taste with salt

  5. 5

    Drizzle sauce over octopus and toss vegetables in this sauce.

  6. 6

    Serve
