Peel and cut potatoes into 2 half,wash and drain with a sieve.

Add a pinch of salt and place potatoes on a tray, brush with butter and and bake in the oven. Till cooked.

Diced all veggies, get a pan, add a dash of oil, add veggies season and fry on low heat and pour beaten eggs on veggies on a low heat, comes out as if it's baked.
