Ingredients

  1. 250 gminced pork
  2. 1.5 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoonaugar
  4. Water
  5. 2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  6. Corn starch
  7. packCurry sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Stir the minced pork with salt, (clockwise). Add 1 tablespoon water in process (around 4 times). keep stirring (around 4-5 mins) until it become sticky

    Add in the soy sauce, sugar and corn starch into the mixture. Stir it well and divided them evenly. Leave it for 20 mins.

    Put some corn starch on the surface of the patty before pan frying.

    Heat the oil with medium heat. Turn to low heat and keep pan frying. Turing when it becomes gold in color. Leave it on the kitchen paper, absorb the exceed oil.

    Heating the curry sauce at the same time.

  6. 6

    Pour the curry sauce on the patty.
