Japanese Curry

It's a bit difficult to find Japanese curry in Spain, but there are some stores where you can buy it, and I want you to try it. Although curry is not originally Japanese, I want to recommend it as Japanese food because it's very different from others and tastes great.

Cooking Instructions

Cut the meat and vegetables. (You can use any brand of Japanese curry.)

Put the oil and meat in a pot over medium heat and fry a little. Add the vegetables and mix well. When the vegetables are tender, pour in the water. Let it cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reduce to low heat and add the Japanese curry. Mix very well and gently. Let it cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

It's ready to serve and eat. I recommend eating it with rice.
