5 Minute Chocolate Sauce 5 Minute Chocolate Sauce
I wanted to make something that would take care of dessert when I don't have time to make anything but have guests over. With this super-quick sauce, even store-bought ice cream gets a fancy boost. You don't need to just use this for desserts, you can add a small amount to cappuccino (which is apparently called a "mocha-ccino,") or add it to milk to make chocolate milk. Simple Chocolate Sauce Simple Chocolate Sauce
This is a simple chocolate sauce. When the chocolate has melted, it may seem like the water and oil have separated, but keep stirring the mixture so that it doesn't burn to the sides and it will get nice and smooth. Of course, when this mixture cools it will become hard and sticky, but just add what you need to a container and microwave before use. I recommend using couverture chocolate. 5 Minute Caramel Sauce 5 Minute Caramel Sauce
I wanted to have slightly bitter caramel sauce - not as sweet as store-bought.So I tried to make an easy microwave recipe for caramel sauce. If you add the heavy cream all at once, this cools the sauce too rapidly and the caramel will harden.Adjust the amount of heavy cream to suit the texture you want to achieve. If you want runny sauce, add more.On the other hand, if you prefer thicker sauce, reduce the amount of cream! The sauce will thicken as you chill it in the fridge.I suggest you to use a clear microwave bowl so that you can see when the sauce becomes brown. You can also decide how deep a brown you want the sauce to become.
