In a pan put the chicken breasts and cook on each side, add on top the seasonings for the chicken and put on top the tomatoes, mozzarella and avocado.

In a pot, boil the rissini for 10 mins, and add some salt & pepper.

Put the chicken on a plate, pour some balsamic vinegar and crushed almonds. Put the rissini and add some avocado 'mayonnaise '.

Avocado 'mayonnaise ' recipe:
1 avocado
1/2 lemon juice
Pinch of salt&pepper
2-3 tbsp olive oil
