Ingredients

12 mini
  1. Crab meat
  2. 2 canscrab meat
  3. 1egg beaten
  4. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  5. 1/4 cupsmall diced red peppers
  6. 1/4 cupsmall dice green pepper
  7. as neededSalt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper
  10. 1/2 tspold bay seasoning
  11. 1/2 tsponion powder
  12. Avocado purée
  13. 2avocado
  14. 2 tspLemon juice
  15. Salt
  16. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  17. Coconut milk. Optional
  18. 1 tbspvegetable oil ***for sauté pan***

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend together your avocado,lemon juice salt and pepper. Add coconut milk for nice creamy texture. Set aside. Boom. All done with that part!

    Mix together all of the crab meat ingredients listed above. (crab, egg, bread crumbs, spices, peppers) Combine well

  3. 3

    Shape crab meat mixture To size of your choice. (We chose mini size)

    Heat A medium sized sauté pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Once oil is hot sear both sides of crab cake to a nice golden color. Once you’re done searing, place cakes on a baking sheet or pan and finish the cooking process in the oven. About 10 mins

  5. 5

    Remove from oven. Plate then ENJOY with avocado purée. We paired the crab cakes with roasted Cauliflower. 😊
