Ingredients

  • 1pkt soya chunks
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 1white onion
  • Liquid cooking oil
  • Chillies

15 mins
  1. 1

    Fry the onions till brown then add tomatoes

  2. 2

    Add the soya chunks and mix

  3. 3

    Add peppers or chillies and a quarter cup of water

  4. 4

    Cook for 5mins. Don't over cook

  5. 5

    Plate with chillies
