  1. 200 ggoat meat
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Onions
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Salt
  6. Cooked Kienyeji

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the goat meat and boil till tender

  2. 2

    Drain all the water and add cooking oil to fry till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add onions then tomatoes. After a while add salt and mix

  4. 4

    Let fry till ready

  5. 5

    Serve with Kienyeji and Ugali
