Ingredients

  1. 75 gbutter
  2. 150 gjulienned onion
  3. 180 gdiced potatoes
  4. 250 gsweet corn
  5. 1 Lvegetable stock
  6. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in pot. In go the onion and potatoes. Stir-fry until potatoes softened then add sweet corn.

    When vegetables are cooked, but do not brown them, add vegetable stock over lower heat until it boils.

  3. 3

    Use a hand blender until it is creamily smooth. if u need extra creamy, additional milk maybe needed. Voila your soup is ready to serve in less than an hour!

Can you use frozen corn? What brand stick do you use ? Do you use the stock cube or is it already made stock?
