Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida
  • 3 tbspsemolina
  • 3 tbspbesan
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupGhee or butter
  • 1/2 cupIcing sugar
  • As neededChopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the sugar and butter till creamy.

  2. 2

    In the mean time mix all the dry ing maida,besan,suji,baking pow and salt in a separate bowl.

  3. 3

    Add the dry ing into the butter and sugar mixture.Make a soft dough out of it.

  4. 4

    Preheat the oven on 180 degree fr 5 min.Take small portion of the dough and roll into a ball place it on the baking tray over parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Make a small impression with the help of index finger on top of the doughs,and place chopped almonds on top.Bake fr 10 min on 180 degree.

  6. 6

    Remove on grill tray and let it cool.Serve..
