Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSemolina
  2. 1/2 cupNido powder
  3. 1/2 cupSugar
  4. 1/2 cupCondensed milk
  5. 1/2 cupOil
  6. 3 pcseggs
  7. 1 tbsbaking powder
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1 cannestle cream
  10. Syrup:
  11. 1/2 cupCondensed milk
  12. Fresh milk
  13. Toppings:
  14. Pistachio nut powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all wet ingredients in mixer. And mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Then mix all together and stir it well. Then put in pyrex and put inside the oven with the heat of 130°-150°c. 25-30 minutes..

  3. 3

    Mix the condensed milk and fresh milk in a bowl..just estimate the fresh milk until the mixture become little soft like syrup. Then spread this up the basbusa cake while the cake is hot.. Then put the toppings..

I love making different kinds of food,.I'm not a professional chief but i had a knowledge for cooking.And i learned all this thru my hobby to search and discover some kind of foods..😊😊😊😍😍😍But most of my foods are Arabic foods,,and i don't have Filipino food but doesn't mean i dont know how to cook Filipino food..
