  3. 1 kgtitus fish
  4. 1 teaspoonCurry
  5. small palm oil
  6. Salt
  7. Vegetable oil

    Clean and cut fish and salt

  2. 2

    Blend tomatoes pepper and onions boil till water is out

  3. 3

    Heat oil and and palm oil then fry the boiled tomatoes

  4. 4

    Season with the rest of ingredients and add the fish then cook for 7 to 8 minutes more
