Ingredients

  • 2 cupsBaisan :
  • 1 tbspCoriander seeds :
  • 1 pinchAjwain :
  • 1Garlic :
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder :
  • 3-4Green chillies chopped :
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda :
  • Water as required
  • 3-4Onion sliced :
  • Coriander leaves chopped : 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl crush garlic, ajwain and coriander seeds crush well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Now in a bowl add Baisan, all spices and crushed paste and mix well. Now add water and make a smooth paste now add coriander leaves and sliced onions now mix well with spetula.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for frying and and batter with the help of spoon fry until golden brown and tale out in absorbant paper serve it with ketchup or chutney. Enjoy ❤❤😊😉
