Ingredients

  1. 265grm flour
  2. 5 mlvanilla
  3. 8egg white
  4. 8egg York
  5. 1/2-1 cupsprinkles
  6. 100 mlmilk
  7. 100 mlcooking oil
  8. 100grm sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Combine milk, oil and vanilla. Set aside

  2. 2

    Combine egg Yorks and 50 grms sugar until it turns pale yellow. At this stage ass the liquid ingredients and give a quick mix. Fold in your flour and set aside.

    Prepare your meringue:-beat the egg whites, gradually add the other half of sugar. Beat until it forms stiff peak.

  4. 4

    Fold in the meringue into the batter in three portions. Add the sprinkles with the last portion.

  5. 5

    Bake at 160°c for 30-40mins or until an inserted skewer comes out clean

  6. 6
