Steps

Take a kadhai heat with oil add big chopped size capsicum fried it 3-4 mint

Take a blender add onion,tomato,green chilli and blend it till smooth

Again take a fry pan heat oil in it...Add blend masala and fried it till golden colour

Then add all spicy masala and malai fry for 2 mint...Then add paneer and capsicum fry for some time...Kadhai paneer ready to serve...
