    Boil the cowpeas leaves for 30 minutes

    After boiling,put oil into a separate sufuria then add onions to cook until it turns out out to be golden brown

    To the food,add tomatoes...live it to cook for 10 Minutes then add the cowpeas leaves

  4. 4

    Stir up the meal then add salt followed by the fresh milk and live it to cook for sometime

  5. 5

    Serve the meal with hot ugali then enjoy it.
