Ingredients

  1. for akara
  2. 2 cups beans
  3. 2tattasai
  4. 3Scotch bonnet
  5. 1 medium onion
  6. Seasoning and salt
  7. Oil for frying
  8. for the sauce
  9. 1 large dried fish
  10. Scotch bonnet
  11. Spring onion
  12. Garlic and ginger paste
  13. Seasoning and salt
  14. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    AKARA:Wash the beans add your Scotch bonnet onion and grind. After grinding add the seasonings and salt. Beat the mixture till fluffy. Fry using ur vegetables oil

    SAUCE: wash and soak ur fish in warm water to make it soft. Stir Fry your blended Scotch bonnet and onion. Add in your ginger and garlic paste. Add in your seasonings. Add up two cups of water. Allow to boil. Add your fish and cook till soft. Lastly add ur spring onions. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Ur fish pepper soup is ready
