Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 1 cupspinach puree
  3. 4 slicesbread
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspchat masala
  7. As RequiredOil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make the dough of mashed potatoes,spinach,salt,chat masala and bread slices.

    Heat non stick pan.

  3. 3

    Put oil on it.

  4. 4

    Make small tikkis and shallow fry them both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney.
