    Heat a pan add ghee 2 tsp and add besan flour, saute till it is pink in colour then add khoya not sweet, saute them add saffron and cool it then add sugar powder, Elaichi powder, dryfruits and mix them well now make balls from dough in equal portion.

    Then in a bowl take maida add ghee 2 tbsp mix them add water and make dough like roti keep aside now make puri small and thin size add balls from stuffing khoya mixer and give shape of ghari (kachori) make all ghari these way keep in fridge for 15 mins.

    Transfer to plate from fridge now heat the pan on gas add ghee then fry it on slow flame now cool it for 10 mins, keep aside then take bowl or plate add ghee put ghari in ghee cover it with ghee and put in fridge all gharis should be covered in ghee and transfer to fridge again continue this process for make 3 to 4 times a layer of ghee totally cover it so ready to serve garnish with dry fruits and rose petals.
