Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 500 gmspacket of sago (sabudana)
  2. 2large sized potatoes
  3. 1 1/2medium sized lemon juice
  4. 1 1/2 cupgrinded peanuts
  5. 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  6. as per tasteSalt and sugar
  7. Handfulcoriander leaves
  8. 4Green chillies
  9. some curry leaves
  10. 5-6 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped green chillies, potato, soak sago in water for about 5-6 hours.

    Now take a pan heat up some oil add cumin seeds then add green chillies, curry leaves and potatoes and cook until it becomes soft.

    Now add grinded peanuts and cook until peanuts turn little pink in colour.

    Then add sago, salt, sugar lime juice and coriander leaves mix well. And let it cook for few mins.
