Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSpinach leaves washed
  2. 1 cupbesan(gram flour)
  3. as neededWater
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspTurmeric
  6. 1 tspRed chilli
  7. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  8. 1/2 tbspLemon juice
  9. 1 pinchBaking soda
  10. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl take besan

  2. 2

    Add all the spices like salt, chilli, chaat masala, tyrmeric

  3. 3

    Add water and make a smooth batTer

  4. 4

    Now add lemon juice and baking soda..

  5. 5

    Take soinach leaves and dip in batter of besan

  6. 6

    Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame

  7. 7

    Serve hot.. These are super crunchy
