- 4
Remove pork and shred with forks. Leave pork set aside.
- 5
Remove most of the liquid in slow cooker, leaving only about 1 cup, or more depending on how moist you like it.

This is a mish-mosh of a couple recipes. And I've done it with both a pressure cooker and crock pot and worked out great with either method. I love coleslaw on my pulled pork sandwich but if you want it on the side, that's fine. If you don't want it at all, that's fine too!! As always thank you to my photographer husband Mike to make it look picture perfect!! kokomayla -

My first attempt at making pulled pork was an absolute success. Tastes almost like ribs, but much juicier! Emma -
Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork
Lately, I've been seeing American foodies on Instagram posting about pulled pork with tacos and sandwiches, and it looks so delicious. But when I looked up recipes, I found out it takes 5 hours to cook. However, it seems like after just 3 hours, the meat becomes tender and easy to pull apart. Perfect! The final product, paired with tangy coleslaw and homemade buns, is super tasty. My parents said they never thought pork with bread could be this good.
