Raclette cheese (or your favorite cheese) • potatoes Potatoes • Minced onion • Minced garlic • Pickled cucumber • Pepper, paprika, or other spices • Onions simmered in Balsamic vinegar • Salted water (for the potatoes)

Pasta • Butter • all-purpose flour • Milk • cream cheese • Grated cheese, i used cheedar, mozzarella and raclette cheese • mustard • Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg • picked jalapeños, finely chopped • bread crumbs

Potato • Egg • Flour • Salt • Black pepper • Garlic • Onion (optional) • Colby jack cheese • Butter • Oil (to grease raclette or pan)

Raclette (150g per person) • Roast potatoes • mix of charcuterie • Gherkins • Pickled onions • Veggies (to add a healthy balance)

As much Raclette as you can eat • As many potatoes as you fancy boiled in the jackets • Pickles and cold meats
