150-200gm Beef Sirloin steak • large all purpose or (preferably) roasting potatoes • Italian dried herb seasoning • medium Vine tomato (ripe) • Garlic clove (crushed) • Dried Thyme • Good Balsamic vinegar • small handful of Baby Watercress • Oil for cooking • Salt and Pepper for Seasoning • Good quality bernaise Sauce (You can make your own but there are so many good ones out there now, save yourself some time and get one of those)
