creamy peanut butter • soy sauce • rice vinegar • white sugar • Up to 4 teaspoons crushed red pepper • and 1/2 cups water • ground meat of your choice (I used 1 lb ground pork and 1 lb ground turkey) • Olive oil or vegetable oil for frying the meat • and 1/4 cups diced onion • and 1/4 cups diced carrots • ginger, peeled and chopped very fine (or, if you prefer, you can slice it thinly into matchsticks) • garlic, minced •
