I’ve never liked duck, but had high hopes for this recipe. I was not disappointed. Easy and delicious as promised, and I thank you for another keepsake for the family cookbook. I made a cherry balsamic sauce to go along, and that’s a Kentucky fried quail leg next to the duck breast 😂
