The chicken marinade is beautiful. I enjoyed it with pancakes, spring onion, cucumber, pickled red onion and fresh coriander. My guacamole maybe changed it from Asian fusion to confusion.

Let me know if you try. I use the Heck brand chicken mince in simply seasoned. You will love them with sticky rice. I’m making them this week with gyozas too 😋
