I made this without the potato (I'm not keen on blended potatoes in soup)... And I added celery as well (needed using up)
(and I skipped the roasting part to save time and I'm just lazy like that 😆)..I guess I adapted the recipe somewhat.Nevertheless it tasted rich and delicious and I felt healthy 😋
