I used a gas oven.
I used butter instead of margarine.
I used 3 medium eggs, instead of 2 extra large eggs;
I doubled the recipe;
I baked the deeper pan 15 minutes longer;
I drizzled a little lemon juice mixed with icing sugar on top.*I almost confused ml for g: after weighing it out I realised it was too much and re-measured it in cups.
