This recipe turned out 2 perfect pies! I used 2 tsp of the pumpkin pie spice mix, a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Turned out delicious! Just make sure you have 2 pie crusts waiting to pour the mixture into.
