Absolutely love these cookies!..Moist and cake like with the flavor of pumpkin pie!..I used 1/2 regular flour & 1/2 whole wheat flour..the entire can of pumpkin..and 3 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice..baked regular size cookies @350° for 12 minutes and they turned out perfect!..and just like pumpkin pie they taste even better the next day!..Fantastic! :ohyeaah
