The instructions were lacking some key information. Not sure if I should have covered it with foil or not. I add some Cajun seasoning. It does taste pretty good though. And it was easy to do. :-) :chef

As stated in the directions, the foil was to line the pan not put over the top of the chicken!! If you cover it the chicken won't come out with a crispy skin!! Hope this helps!! O:-)
