This was great. I marinated my chicken in a freezer bag overnight with buttermilk, Italian seasoning, paprika, parsley, Texas Pete, salt and pepper. I added parsley, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to the crackers. I took the chicken right out of the freezer bag into the cheese and then crackers. Served it with green beans and cheesy rice. Yummy!
