It was fun to see the whole chemical reaction thing. The finished cake unfortunately had a chemical taste. Can't remember last time I had used a box mix. Maybe my taste buds have an aversion to synthetics. Cool whip makes my tongue feel like it's breaking out in hives. In future will stick to basic ingrediants from scratch.
