Well mine are a different style to yours, mine never forms a dough that you can cut and when I try and do your type they fail miserably haha

Please then Heather try mine on here sometime soon. They really are fail safe if ya follow the instructions and end up really light. Iz and I have been mucking around with each others scones. He's a fan and he's an artisan baker by trade so give them ago. I know you'll pull it off. Your cider pork really is the shizzle though. It looks so good I can't wait to try it.
