
Would be more appropriately call "French Toast Bread Pudding". It tasted good, but the texture inside was too mushy and one note for my taste. I plan to add fruit or nuts to it next time to vary the texture.

I've been making this for years and never had it turn out mushy. I'm not sure why yours did.
