Oh heck ya! I just fried up some cubed potatoes and diced onions in some olive oil, added some jalepeno slices (seeds removed) and browned up some sauage in another pan. Mixed it all up and walla! Yummy goodness! Its a great recipe but not mine so I can't take credit for it. But yes, very easy! :chef :-)
