
I used the same proportions for the recipe, using an inexpensive pork butt roast that I sliced up, but used the slow cooker function on high in my rice cooker. Approx 2 hours, with the last 15 minutes on steam to help evaporate some of the liquid and steam some broccoli at the same time.
