I had some leftover cornbread. I hate to waste. I found this recipe and tried it. I added more cheese as suggested. I also added 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño with the juice, and 1/2 cup green bell peppers. Taste great with the heat from the jalapeño. This is a keeper!!
