This soup is delicious! My husband had dental surgery so I made a big batch and we both love it. The only thing I did different, was chop and sauté a sweet onion and then puréed it with the cauliflower and garlic. I also used extra garlic since we are huge garlic lovers. Great recipe, I will definitely make it again. Thanks!
