Mm these were yummy! I didn't put the oil in the mix, i put it in the pan as i was cooking, so that they didnt stick

Well done! Yes I add oil in the pas as well. Try making them thicker (if you like it) my secret is to have the heat at medium so they cook slowly and not burn xxx
