For some reason my sauce didn't want to thicken very well. Next time I think I will try to get actual beef that I cook and slice instead of stew meat.

I used 4 Tbsp of cornstarch and it thickened up good...It said 4T..Im just wondering if maybe you used teaspoons instead of Tbsp...I had to think about it...I guessed that the capital T was meant for Tbsp instead of tsp...
